Transfers and Withdrawal Policies
Rescheduled dates
We live in uncertain times due to the current health and macro-environmental factors. If the event does not take place due to factors beyond our control, we will reschedule the event to an appropriate future date based on the best available information. In such an event, you don’t have to do anything as your event registration will be automatically moved to the new event date. If you can’t make the rescheduled event date, you will be given an event credit that you can apply to any future events organised by ProAm.
Event withdrawal
If you cannot participate in the event for any reason, entry fee refunds or event credit are available in accordance with the below:
- 50% of the entry fee refundable for athlete withdrawal requests received up to three weeks prior to the event date.
- Alternatively, the athlete will be given the choice to transfer to another event organised by ProAm up to two weeks prior to the event date.
- No refunds or event credit for athlete withdrawal after this period
Any requests for refunds or event credit must be notified to ProAm in writing via email info@proamserendib.com.
